In July, Whatcom County is mailing a reminder post card to septic system owners in the Tenmile creek watershed, as part of a focused outreach program in some areas. The card reminds owners of the inspection requirement, the reasons for that attention, and the available inspection rebate program. There is a homeowner workshop July 19th (attendance is required for rebate eligibility.) Our Tenmile Clean Water Project is listed on the card as a sponsor, thanks to our involvement with other partners in this effort!
